摘　　要：利用计算机技术和网络技术来解决机房管理问题,使计算机用户群的管理逐步达到网络化、信息化、自动化是一件非常有意义的事情。通过对多所大学的机房管理的现状进行了调查研究和分析,提出了基于智能IC卡与多层C/S结构的多功能机房管理系统应具有的功能和需要的技术以及系统的设计方法,并结合一个大学的机房管理系统的开发工作,介绍了该多功能机房管理系统的特点和实现的关键技术。经过三年多的运行实践表明,系统运行稳定。It is useful for us to access the problem of computer rooms management by making use of computer techno-logy and network technology to achieve automation and intelligence in computer rooms ms management.This paper presents the design scheme based on smart and multiplayer architecture of C/S,and introduces the main function and critical technology that the system needs,combining with the development of the computer rooms management system in this institute.Runing for more again three years proves the system economic and available for computer rooms management.
