摘　　要：文章介绍了有底物的激光解吸飞行时间质谱仪的构造和特点。该仪器及分析方法能快速、灵敏地分析蛋白混合物中各组份,不需要色谱预分离。分子量范围达100KD,准确度为±0.01%。15分钟内完成分析全过程。The paper reports the constitution and the characteristic of a matrix assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MALD-TOF-MS). The analytical method for determining the molecular masses of protein in complex mixtures has the capacity to examine the components of mixtures rapidly and Sensitively without using any chromatographic separation steps. It allows the determination of protein molecular masses up to 100 KD with an accuracy of about ±0.01%. About 15 min is necessary to perform the complete analysis.
