摘  要:目的 观察动脉粥样硬化模型兔腹主动脉多普勒血流频谱 ,测量其血管内膜 -中层厚度 (IMT) ,探讨二者与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法 新西兰大白兔 18只 ,高脂饲料饲养 ;分别于第 0周、4周、8周、10周、12周超声检查腹主动脉收缩期峰值血流速度 (SV)、舒张末期血流速度 (DV)、平均血流速度 (MV )、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数 (RI)、SV/DV ,测量腹主动脉IMT最厚处和平均厚度 ;并于第 4周末、第 8周末、第 10周末和第12周末完成超声检查后随机选择 3~ 6只兔放血处死 ,取检查段腹主动脉进行大体检查和光镜病理学检查 ,记录血管壁的结构变化和动脉粥样硬化形成的情况。分析所有实验数据并进行统计学处理 ,观察血流参数和IMT与动脉粥样硬化的相关性。结果 SV、SV/DV、PI和RI与动脉粥样硬化呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IMT最厚处和IMT平均厚度与动脉粥样硬化高度相关 (r分别为 0 .948和 0 .945 ,P =0 .0 0 0 ) ,DV和MV显示与动脉粥样硬化血流动力学一致的改变 ,但无明确的相关性 (r分别为 -0 .2 11和 0 .13 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 IMT最厚处和IMT平均厚度与动脉粥样硬化的时间和程度比多普勒血流参数有更好的相关性。Objective To assess the correlation of intima media thickness (IMT) in two dimension ultrasound and hemodynamic parameters of Doppler with arteriosclerosis.Methods Eighteen male New Zealand white rabbits were fed by fat rich feed.At the beginning and the end of 4th week,8th week, 10th week, and 12th week, the parameters of systolic velocity(SV),diastolic velocity(DV),mean velocity(MV),pulsitive index(PI),resistent index(RI) and SV/DV in Doppler as well as maximum IMT and mean IMT in two dimensional ultrasound were obtained in all objects' abdominal aorta and their correlations with arteriosclerosis confirmed by partly animal dissection at the end of 4th week,8th week,10th week and 12th week were compared.Results Of all parameters,SV,SV/DV,PI and RI had significant positive correlation with arteriosclerosis (P< 0.05 respectively) and IMTs,including maximum IMT and mean IMT,were more obvious (r was 0.948 and 0.945 respectively,P= 0.000 ).Though DV and MV were found to be vary with hemodynamics of arteriosclerosis,significant correlation was not detected (r was -0.211 and 0.132 respectively,P> 0.05 ).Conclusions Among above hemodynamics parameters of Doppler and morphologic change in two dimensional ultrasound,maximum IMT and mean IMT were found to be best correlative with arteriosclerosis.
