摘 要:目的 研究腰椎椎体骨矿不同程度丢失后骨力学强度的改变 ,以认识骨质疏松时腰椎骨折的危险性。方法 实验选取成年新西兰兔 12只 ,取其第 3至第 7腰椎共计 6 0个 ,随机分为三组 ,每组 2 0个。第Ⅰ组为对照组 ,不做脱矿处理 ;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ组浸入脱矿液中使其骨矿丢失分别约 2 0 %、 35 %。采用材料力学实验方法沿椎体纵轴施加压缩载荷 ,记录最大平衡载荷 ,测定各组椎体强度极限。结果 骨矿丢失对椎体强度破坏较大 ,对照组的椎体力学强度为 4 0 18± 6 4 8MPa;第Ⅱ组骨矿丢失约19 0 7%时为 2 3 17± 3 75MPa;第Ⅲ组骨矿丢失约 31 4 2 %时为 15 94± 7 70MPa ,各组相差显著 (P <0 0 1)。Objective To study the mechanical strenth changes of the rabbit vertebrae after demineralization of very degrees for to understand the danger of the lumbar vertebra fracture in the patients with osteoporsis.Methods Sixty lumbar vertebrae from 12 adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,each group had 20 specimens:Groups Ⅰ,contral;Group Ⅱ,20% demineralization;Group Ⅲ,35% demineralization.An experimental method of material mechanics was used by compress loading on the longitudinal axis of the vertebral bodies.The largest load was recorded on vertebral fracture and the strength limits of the vertebral bodies of all the groups were determined.Results The mecanical strength of the vertebral bodies were significantly dstroied be dermineralization.The mechanical strength of the vertebral bodies was 40.18±6.48 MPa in the contral group 23.17±3.75 MPa in the group Ⅱ with 19.07% demineralization,and 15.94±7.70 MPa in the group Ⅲ with 31.42% demineralization.A statistical analysis of the results indicated that the difference between each groups was significant(P<0.01).
