摘 要:铜硫矿石中的矿物在碎磨过程中 ,解离特性和可浮性存在一定差异。充分利用这种差异特性 ,将高效选择性捕收剂与合理的工艺流程 (如快速浮选或部分优先浮选工艺等 )有机结合起来 ,可实现部分铜矿物的浮选早收 ,同时能改善铜硫分离效果 ,达到提高铜选矿指标的目的。这种药剂与合理工艺相组合的新型工艺已成功应用于德兴铜矿、冬瓜山铜矿和越南生权铜矿等铜矿山。实践证明这是提高铜浮选指标的有效途径之一。The liberation characteristic and flotability of main minerals in Cu-S ores were different from each other after grinding. Based on the characters above, Some effective selective collectors such as AP or BJ, were used for fast-flotation orpart-selective flotation. As a result, part copper minerals were recovered firstly,improving of Cu-S separation were realized ,and final copper indexes were increased. The new technology was successfully used in Dexing Copper Mine, Dongguashan Copper Mine and Sin Quyen Copper Mine respectively.
