摘  要:采用正丁胺、1,6己二胺和乙二胺三种不同模板剂以相同的水热合成法合成SiO2 /Al2 O3 摩尔比近似的ZSM 5分子筛 ,分别以a、b和c表示 ,所对应的催化剂记为A、B、C .运用XRD、SEM考察a、b、c三个分子筛样品的晶相结构 ,NH3 TPD法测定其酸性质 .结果表明 :样品b的平均粒径为最小 ,只有 1.5 μm ,总酸量最大 ;样品a的平均粒径居中而强酸量最大 ;样品c的平均粒径最大 ,总酸量最小 .并对a、b、c三个样品制成的催化剂A、B、C在反应条件为 :T =2 4 0~ 2 80℃、P =2 .5MPa、WHSV =1.2h-1下进行了低碳烃转化反应的活性评价 .反应结果显示 :B的催化活性最高 ,A的芳烃选择性高 ,C的催化活性较差 ,但芳烃选择性也较高 .The ZSM-5 zeolites with the same n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3) ratio were hydrothermally synthesized using of templates which including n-butylamine, HAD(1, 6-hexyl-diamine)and EDA(ediamine), denoted as a, b and c, respectively. The catalyst A, B and C were prepared using sample a, b and c .The crystal structures of sample a、 b and c were investigated with XRD and SEM techniques. The acidic properties of zeolites were studied using NH_3-TPD. Those results showed as follows: the average crystal size of sample b, was the smallest, only 1.5 μm . and it had the most total acidity; the average crystal size of sample a was medium and it had the largest amount of strong acidity; crystal size of sample c was the largest and it had the least total acidsity. The mixed light hydrocarbon conversion reaction were carried out under the conditions : T=240~280 ℃、 P=2.5 MPa、 WHSV=1.2 h^(-1) on three different types of zeolitic catalyst A, B and C. The reaction results showed that: catalyst A had the highest activity and aromatic hydrocarbon selectivity, catalyst B possessed the higher activity and C_6~C_(12) isomeric hydrocarbon selectivity and catalyst C had the lowest activity.
