温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察温针灸与针刺治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床疗效。方法 :将 1 1 2例患者 (1 81膝) ,随机分为治疗组 60例 (98膝 ) ,针刺犊鼻、鹤顶、血海等穴 ,并同时加灸 ;对照组 52例 (83膝 ) ,单纯针刺治疗 ,穴位同治疗组。经 2个疗程(2 0次)治疗 ,对治疗前后膝关节功能参数进行评定。结果 :治疗组与对照组的疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病具有较好的临床疗效 ,并且优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To compare clinical therapeutic effects o f warm needle moxibustion and acupuncture on senile knee osteoarthropathy. Methods 112 cases (181 knees) were randomly divided into treatm ent group (60 cases, 98 knees) who received acupuncture at Dubi (ST 35), Heding (EX-LE 2) and Xuehai (SP 10) with moxibustion added; t he control group (52 cases, 83 knees) were treated by simple acupuncture at the same acupoints as the treatment group. After treatment of 2 courses (20 sessions ), functional parameters of the knee joint before and after treatment were asses sed. Results There was a very significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect (P<0 01). Conclusion The warm needle moxibustion has a better clinical th erapeutic effect than the simple acupuncture treatment on senile knee osteoarth ropathy.
