浅谈针刺过程中押手操作的作用

摘　　要：探讨押手操作在针刺治病过程中的作用。认为针刺前 ,有探明穴位、分散病人注意、减少针刺疼痛、分散卫气和固定腧穴局部的作用 ;针刺中 ,有配合刺手进针、行气、引导进针和改变经气运行方向的作用 ;针刺出针后 ,有实施补泻操作、防止经气外泄、预防针穴局部气滞血瘀和解除滞针现象的作用。针刺治病时 ,不仅要重视刺手的操作手法 ,还要注重押手的操作 ,左右手要密切配合 。The role of manipulation methods of the pressing-han d i n acupuncture treatment was briefly discussed. It is held that before acupunctur e the methods function detecting acupoint location, diverting attention of the p atient, relieving pain induced by acupuncture, disperse defensive energy and fixing the acupoint; in acupuncture, it can carry out needle insertion, promoting the circu lation of Qi and guiding needle insertion and change circulation direction o f meridian-Qi in combination with the needle-holding hand; after withdrawa l of the needle, it carries out reinforcing and reducing manipulation, prevents meridian -Qi from going out and local stagnation of Qi and stasis of blood on th e needle d points and removes the stuck needle; therefore, in acupuncture treatment, you must pay attention to the role of manipulation methods of both the needle-holdi ng hand and the pressing hand, and close cooperation of the two hands to exert m ore greatly the therapeutic effect of acupuncture.
