耳穴贴压对女性更年期综合征患者血清内分泌素及β-内啡肽的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨耳穴贴压治疗女性更年期综合征的作用机理。方法 :观察 31例已绝经的更年期综合征患者耳穴贴压治疗前后促卵泡生长激素 (FSH)、促黄体生成激素 (LH)、雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮(T)、β 内啡肽 (β EP)变化。结果 :治疗后FSH、E2 及 β EP与治疗前比较 ,差异均有显著性意义 ,而LH与T治疗前后变化差异无显著性意义。结论 :耳穴贴压治疗能明显降低女性更年期综合征患者血清中FSH的含量 ,升高血清中E2 和βObjective To study on the mechanism of auricular poin t pr essing for treatment of female climacteric syndrome. Methods Change s of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteotropic hormone(LH), estradiol(E 2), testosterone(T) and β-endorphin(β-EP) contents before and after treatmen t of auricular point sticking in 31 cases of female climacteric syndrome were ob served. Results There were significant differences in FSH, E 2 and β-EP, and no significant difference in LH and T before and after the treatmen t . Conclusion Auricular point pressing therapy can obviously decreas e serum FSH content and increase serum E 2 and β-EP contents in the patient o f female climacteric syndrome.
