针刺手厥阴心包经穴对心肌缺血再灌注损伤细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针刺手厥阴经穴治疗心血管疾病的机理。方法 :电针大鼠心包经穴位 2 0min后 ,结扎左冠状动脉前降支 40min ,心电图 (ECG)监测 ,再电针穴位 2 0min ,松扎 ,恢复灌流 60min,摘取心脏 ,制成细胞悬液 ,流式细胞仪检测。结果 :模型组出现典型的细胞凋亡峰 ,凋亡率明显升高 ,针刺心包经穴组的凋亡率有明显降低 ,与模型组比较差异均有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :针刺手厥阴经穴能有效地抑制心肌细胞的凋亡 。Objective To explore the mechanism of acupuncture on po in ts of the Hand-Jueyin Channel for treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Acupuncture was given at points of the Hand-Jueyin Channel for 2 0 min, followed by ligation of the anterior descending branch of the left corona ry artery for 40 min, then acupuncture of the points was given for another 20 mi n and reperfusion for 60 min, with ECG monitoring. At last, cardiac tissue was t aken and apoptosis was observed with a flow cytometry. Results In t h e model group, there was a typical apoptosis peak in cardiac muscle cells, and t he apoptosis rate increased significantly as compared with the acupuncture group (P<0 01). Conclusion Acupuncture of points of the Hand-Jueyin Channel can effectively inhibit cardiac muscle apoptosis, so as to relieve myoc ardial injury induced by apoptosis.
