摘　　要：为了验证三维重建算法的可靠性和准确性 ,提出以 3DShepp Logan头部模型作为三维医学图像重建领域进行仿真实验和算法性能评测的基本参考模型 ,详细介绍了模型的设计与实现以及仿真投影数据的计算 ,并基于 3DShepp Logan头部模型的三维医学图像重建进行了仿真实验 。To validate the accuracy of model computation and the feasibility of three-dimension medical image reconstruction,3D Shepp-Logan head phantom is presented as the basic reference model to carry out simulation experiment and algorithms performance evaluation in three-dimension medical image reconstruction field. The design and the implementation of 3D Shepp-Logan head phantom as well as the computation of projection data is introduced in detail. The numerical experiment gives the three-dimension medical image reconstruction simulations based on 3D Shepp- Logan head phantom. The results of the experiment indicate the accuracy of model computation and the feasibility of our new method.
