摘　　要：通过分析3GPP虚拟归属环境(VHE)的概念,提出未来智能移动业务平台中VHE子系统的业务能力框架,明确了VHE系统在业务平台中的位置与功能。在对目前VHE实现技术的不足进行分析的基础上,进一步提出了一种基于移动代理技术(MAT)的VHE业务能力实现框架,为未来满足用户跨越网络、终端边界条件下的业务个性化和智能化提供了一种可行的解决方案。Through analyzing the conception of 3GPP Virtual Home Environment(VHE), this article puts forward the service capability framework of VHE subsystem and stipulates the location and function of VHE subsystem in future intelligent mobile service platform. Furthermore, owing to lack of VHE implementation technology presently, VHE service capabilities implementation framework based on Mobile Agent Technology is introduced, which is a feasible solution for future individual and intelligent service in diverse networks and terminals.
