慎用有机硅对毛纺织品进行柔软整理——毛纺织品的静电现象研究

摘　　要：通过对近年来毛纺织品的静电越来越严重的现象进行探讨,从理论及实测的结果中找到了原因。羊毛的标准回潮率为14%,本不应该有静电问题,但因羊毛纤维最外面的鳞片表层具有类脂层结构,疏水性大,具有大的静电倾向,若再用有机硅对羊毛纺织品作柔软整理,就会使其产生更严重的静电。因此,慎用有机硅类整理剂可以减少毛织物的静电。In the past some years,electrostatic problem of wool products became serious more and more.This paper investigates this propensity,and the cause of forming electrostatic has been found from theoretical analysis and experimental results.Wool has a high standard moisture regain 14%,it should not has electrostatic problem according to the conception.But it's exterior epicuticula has a analogous ester structure,it is typical hydrophobic,so wool has a large electrostatic propencity.If wool products are further soft-finished with silicone compounds,the process will just form more serious electrostatic problem.So,cautiously utilizing silicone compounds can reduce the tendency.
