摘　　要：本文通过对1/4世纪(1979～2003)中国外商直接投资政策的研究,分别提出了外资区域和产业政策模式,即"渐进"中的"递推"和"渐进"中的"转换"。由于两者具有共通的"渐进"性质,却各自有着相异的模式特点。因此,文章将两者合并,形成了外资政策的总模式,即"渐进"中的"螺旋"。文章还分别用示意图形式来表示区域政策模式、产业政策模式和外资政策总模式,并用相对应的区域开放政策指数和产业开放政策指数,绘制三维图形,对外资政策模式进行证明。We have made a study of China's policy for foreign direct investment made from 1979 to 2003 and in this article we have constructed the patterns of foreig n funded area and the industrial policy, that is, the model of 'the push' in the process of 'gradual progress', and that of 'conversion' in this gradual progres s. Although with the nature of 'evolution' in common, the two molds are differen t in character. In this paper, having combined the two models, we have built a g eneral model for our foreign fund policy, in other words, the 'spiraling' in the course of 'gradual advancement'. By means of conceptual diagrams, we in this pa per have respectively illustrated the patterns of the regional policy, industria l policy and the general model for foreign fund policy, and with the correspondi ng indexes of policies for opening to the outside world in particular regions an d industries, drawn three-dimensional diagrams to verify the model of foreign fu nd policies.
