摘　　要：文章介绍了部分国家和地区在实施区域卫生规划中的主要做法和特点,深入分析了国际经验所给予的启示,提出了我国实施区域卫生规划应把握的5个关键环节,希望能对我国的区域卫生规划工作有所借鉴。The paper gives an account of the main measures adopted by some countries and regions in implementing regional health planning and their unique features,offers an in-depth analysis of what can be learned from the international experience, and proposes five key links that must be emphasized in implementing regional health planning in China. It is hoped that the discussion may provide some insight into the task of regional health planning in our country.
