摘 要:运用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS分析了平面应变情况下某橡胶材料Ⅰ型裂纹尖端的变形和主应力分布。数值结果表明:在裂尖附近不仅存在应力奇异性,而且变形存在扩张区与收缩区;较大的主应力σ1是拉应力,比另一个主应力σ2高约两个数量级,所以σ1对裂尖附近的变形起主导作用,其方向和裂纹方向接近垂直;在(R,(?))坐标系中观察应力奇异性,则扩张区与收缩区内σ1具有相同的奇异性。The mode I crack tip field under plane strain condition in the hyperelastic Mooney-Rivlin material has been studied. A Finite element analysis is carried out to analyze the deformation and the distribution of principal stress field with general finite element software ANSYS. The numerical results indicate that: not only the stress singularity but also the expanding and shrinking sectors exist near the crack tip; in the two principal stresses, the larger one σ1 is larger about the second power than the smaller one σ2. The stress σ1 is a tensile stress with its direction approximately vertical to the crack tip and it plays the leading role in the deformation at the crack tip; if the stress singularity is observed in (R,(?)) coordinate system, σ1 has the same singularity in the expanding and shrinking sectors.
