摘　　要：发根土壤杆菌 (Agrobacteriumrhizogenes)是一类极具应用前景的微生物资源 ,就发根土壤杆菌Ri质粒结构、功能、侵染和致病过程及其宿主、转化体特性进行了概述 ,并详细讨论了发根土壤杆菌在生产植物次级代谢产物方面的应用与进展及相关影响因素 ,同时还简单介绍了工业化生产的培养方法、生物反应器种类及存在的问题与困难。Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a very important resource of microbiology. The structure and function of Ri plasmid is stated in this paper. And the appliction and processes of Agrobacterium rhizogenes in production of plant secondary metabolites , the influencing factors, the culturing methods and different kinds of bioreactors are outlined respectively. At the same time, the existing problems and difficulties in industrial production were also discussed.;
