摘  要:研究了用Leco公司的RH - 40 4定氢仪分析电解锰中的氢量 ,采用基准试剂和钢标校准仪器 ,通过试验找出分析的最佳条件 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .76 % ,氢的加标回收率为 95.8%~ 1 0 4 .5% ,本方法用于电解锰中氢的分析测定 ,结果令人满意。该方法简单、快速、准确。In this paper, the determination of hydrogen in electrolytic manganese was studied by RH-404 hydrogen analyzer.The optimal conditions for the analysis have been obtained through calibrating the apparatus by fiducial reagents and standard samples of steel. The relative standard deviation(RSD) were 0.76%. Recoveries between 98.5% to 104.5 %were obtained by standard addition method. The method has been applied the determination of hydrogen in electrolytic manganese with satisfactory results.Analysis by the analyzer showed the spcial features of simple and rapid and accuracy in operatian.
