生物过滤床净化含乙苯废气的实验研究

摘　　要：以两种陶粒作为生物过滤床的填料净化含乙苯废气.试验结果表明,1#、2#塔对乙苯浓度为0.55、0.58g/m3,停留时间42.4s,可以得到100%的去除率;在入口体积负荷较低时,入口体积负荷与体积去除负荷基本上呈线性关系.在温度25℃,pH值为7时,生物过滤床的去除效率最高;在温度为15～25℃时,乙苯的去除效率随运行温度的升高而升高;在25～45℃时,乙苯的去除效率随温度升高而降低.并通过试验得出温度系数θ=1.031.两种填料的对比实验表明,2#陶粒的去除效果优于1#陶粒.An experimental investigation on purification of ethylbenzene waste gas was conducted in a biofilter packed with ceramic pellets. The results show that the removing efficiency can reach 100% at the rentention time of 42.4 s for 0.55、0.58 g/m3 for 1~# and 2~# biofilter respectively. The linearity relationship between entrance bulk loading and bulk removal loading for lower entrance bulk loading was attained. The biofilter appears to be an effective treatment process in the temperature 25 ℃ and pH 7. The ethylbenzene removal efficiency increased with the operating temperature ranging between 15～25 ℃. However, an opposite trend was observed between 25 ℃ and 45 ℃.The coefficient of temperature θ is 1.031 for purification of ethylbenzene waste gas in a biofilter. Compare with the 1~# ceramic pellet, the 2~# ceramic pellet has higher removal efficiency.
