摘 要:汽轮发电机组轴系低频振动不一定由轴系失稳诱发。总结了油膜涡动、油膜振荡、汽流激振、动静碰摩 ,以及大不平衡诱发低频振动分量的机理、振动现象、振动响应频谱特征 ,给出现场故障诊断要点 。The lowfrequency vibration concerning shafting of steamturbine generator sets isn't certainly induced by losing stability of the shafting, the mechanism, phenomenon, and response frequencyspecturm characteristics of lowfrequency vibration component induced by oilfilm whirling, oilfilm oscilation, steamflow exciting vibration, collision between movable and stationary parts, as well as by unbalance have been summarized up, giving key points of faut diagnosis in the field, some fault diagnosis and remedial examples of lowfrequency vibration for shafting of steamturbine generator sets being also presented.
