摘 要:取鸭茅无菌黄化苗生长点处的2~3mm长切段为材料,在附加不同浓度6-BA和2,4-D组合的培养基上诱导丛生芽发生。丛生芽块在继代培养中迅速增生。通过在培养基中加盐筛选,获得了耐受1 5%NaCl的耐盐小芽。这些小芽在无NaCl的培养基上恢复培养3代后转回附加1 5%NaCl的培养基上继续培养,表现出比对照小芽明显提高的耐盐性和增殖率。耐盐小芽在生根培养基上生根后移栽大田,成活率达90%以上,获得了耐盐性提高的鸭茅新种质。Multiple shoots were induced from the 2~3 mm segments of the seedling tips of aseptically orchardgrass and proliferated vigorously on media supplemented with different combinations of 2,4-D and 6-BA. Proliferating shoots were subcultured on media containing 1.5% NaCl for 3 continuous generations and salt-tolerant shoots were obtained. Salt-tolerant shoots, after being subcultured for 3 generations on NaCl-free medium, showed higher salt-tolerance and proliferating rate than the control on media supplemented with 1.5% NaCl. Salt-tolerant plantlets with vigorous root system were transplanted to pot and the surviving rate was more than 90%.
