摘　　要：通过对湿地在生态环境中的作用、环境污染与湿地安全关系以及湿地污染对环境的影响等多方面的分析,认为湿地不全理开发利用造成湿地功能的减弱或退化已对我省生态环境产生巨大的影响,将直接影响社会经济的可持续发展,提出了建立湿地利用与环境保护协调发展机制的意见和措施。Through analyzing the role in ecological environment of wetland, the relationship of environmental pollution, safety of wetland and the influence of the environment etc., we know that unreasonable utilization of wetland causes the function of wetland subside or degrade and it already has an enormous impact on ecological environment in our province and will influence the sustainable development of social economy directly. So we put forward suggestion and measure that harmonious development mechanism between utilization of wetland and environmental protection must be set up.
