摘 要:采用辐射法杀灭液态污泥中的病源物及蛔虫卵,再制成花卉基质。盆栽试验表明,该基质能促进植株长高、地径增大和叶子茂盛,可替代部分氮肥及腐叶土。就龟背竹、海芋、月季和草坪草高羊茅而言,污泥最佳施用量分别为 80t·hm-2和 60t·hm-2,超过此限值会抑制以上植株生长。施用污泥量为 120t·hm-2的盆栽土电导率约是空白土壤的 40倍,pH约降低 1 6个单位,这可能是抑制植株生长的原因之一。The sewage sludge irradiated to eliminate the pathogenic organisms and ascarid ova was applied into flower substrate for investigating the effects on the growth of ornamental plants.The pot experiment indicated that the substrate increased the plant length, diameter and leaf area, which can be used to substitute nitrogen fertilizer and leaf mold partially for monstera deliciosa liebm, arum, Chinese rose and lawn grass,the best dose for the first 3 plants was 80 t·hm^(-2) and 60 t·hm^(-2) for the last one. The growth of the plants was constrained when more sludge was applied. The electron conductivity was almost 40 times than that of controlled soil and pH reduced 1.6 in pot soil treated with sewage sludge of 120 t·hm^(-2), which may have caused the constraint of plant growth.
