摘 要:通过瓦埠湖各采样点浮游藻类定性、定量调查以及叶绿素a值和各理化指标的测定,研究该湖区浮游藻类结构、数量,评价了水体水质和营养状态。结果显示,瓦埠湖湖区水体浮游植物群落为绿藻—蓝藻型,优势种中绿藻门有 8种,硅藻门 4种,蓝藻门 1种,各采样点细胞密度平均值为 4 623×105 个·L-1,叶绿素a平均值为 14 .28mg·m-3;理化指标中,各采样点总磷 (TP)、总氮(TN)均处于较高水平,透明度较低。根据多因素综合营养状态指数(TLI)法评价瓦埠湖水体处在中营养水平,且已接近轻度富营养化,并有继续发展的趋势。The structure and amount of algae phytoplankton, water quality and nutrient status of Wapu lake were determined via qualitative and quantitative investigation of algae phytoplankton,chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) content and several physical and chemical indexes.The results showed that the phytoplankton community structure of Wapu lake was of a green-blue algae type, and dominant species include 8 species of Chlorophyta,4 species of Cyanophyta and 1 species of Bacillariophyta.The average cell density of samples was 4.623×10~5·L^(-1), while Chl-a was 14.28 mg·m^(-3);For chemical indexes,TP and TN value reached higher levels in all samples, and SD was lower. Based on the evaluation with Trophic Level Index (TLI) method, the water body of Wapu lake fell into a medium level of nutrition, which was near to light eutrophication, and show a tendency to be come worse.
