摘  要:职务消费货币化由于其先天不足,难以承载改革发展的重任。其悖理主要体现在:一是人为地混淆和模糊了职务消费和私人消费的界限;二是其产生的结果与提出这一举措者的初衷背道而驰;三是该项举措的可行性也令人担忧。对公职人员职务消费泛化行为的产生与蔓延要想给予有效的掣肘,必须针对职务消费泛滥产生的原因,构建一套完整的制度体系。The post consuming monetization is a derivation of reformation .It cannot bear the responsibility of reformation and development due to its existing disadvantages. Firstly, the dividing line between post consuming and privacy consuming is not clear and ambiguous. Secondly, its result deviates from the original goal. Thirdly, the workability of this measure is doubted. We must focus on the causes of the flooded post consuming to build a set of complete institutional system and rebuild the supervision system. In addition, serious punishments are badly needed to enlarge the cost of post consuming popularity. In that case, work will be more effective.
