摘　　要：探讨了甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐(METHPA)固化剂用量对双酚A型环氧树脂E-39D力学性能、耐热性能及电气性能的影响.利用傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)对不同配比的E-39D／METHPA体系进行了分析表征,从固化反应机理上探讨了固化体系的性能与固化剂用量的关系。In this paper,the effect of the amount of curing agent (METHPA) on the mechanics, heat resi stance and electrical properties of E-39D/METHPA curing system was discussed. FTIR was used to study the E-39D/METHA curing systems of different amount of curing agent. The relation between the amount of curing agent and the properties of curing system was also studied according to the curing mechanism of E-39D/METHPA blending system.
