摘　　要：介绍了某烟厂烟叶配方自动化仓库监控系统的设计及实现方法。系统的实现基于iFIX提供的SCADA和HMI组件,通过标准OPC接口实现与底层PLC的通信,通过共享数据库实现与上层管理系统的通信。作为整个立体仓库物流控制系统的中间层,该系统将企业的生产过程与管理紧密的结合起来。Introduce the design and development methods of a monitoring and contro l system of a tobacco AS/RS. This system is developed based on SCADA and HMI com ponents provided by iFIX, it communicates with PLC by the normal OPC interfaces, and with management system by sharing a database. As the in-between layer of th e whole logistics control system, it connects manufacture process and management system compactly.
