摘  要:【目的】比较常频通气与高频通气在支撑喉镜手术前应用效果。【方法】选择 6 0例喉部病变患者拟行支撑喉镜术 ,随机分为高频及常频组 ,每组 30例。【结果】6 0例均完整切除喉部病灶顺利完成手术 ,标本均经组织学检查 ,5 8例为良性病变 ,2例为乳头状瘤 ,术中两组PaO2 均明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,PaCO2 有升高趋势 ,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,术后随访 6~ 2 8个月 ,声音恢复良好 ,无复发。【结论】无论是常频与高频喷射通气 ,均能满足机体供氧的需要 ,可以保证支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术的顺利进行。ObjectiveTo compare the effect of the normal frequency jet ventilation with the high frequency jet ventilation in suspension laryngoscopy.Sixty patients with larynx illness undergoing laryngoscopy were randomly divided into two groups : high and normal frequency jet ventilation Each group had 30 patients. All patients underwent the microlaryngoscopic surgery and their specimes were examined by pathology. Fifty-eight cases suffered from benign lesion, 2 cases papilloma.The PaO 2 increased significantly after jet ventilation(P<0.01) but the difference between 2 groups was not significant(P>0.05).The PaCO 2 increased slightly after jet ventilation ,there was not significant between 2 groups too.Their voice recovered very satisfactorily. There were no recurrence after 6~28 months follow-up.[Conclusion]Microlaryngoscopic surgery can be done successfully not only in normal frequency jet ventilation,but also in high frequency jet ventilation.Both methods can supply the body need of oxygen.
