米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠30例分析

摘　　要：【目的】总结 30例输卵管妊娠患者应用米非司酮保守治疗的疗效。【方法】30例诊断为输卵管妊娠的妇女 ,年龄 (2 5± 3.8)岁 ,首次妊娠即发病者 16例。口服米非司酮 5 0mg ,2次 /d ,共 3d。服药前及服药后动态测定血 β HCG ,血 β HCG下降至正常后复查B超 ,服药结束后 15d判断疗效。【结果】治愈 2 7例(90 % ) ,未愈 3例 (10 % )。孕龄≤ 5 0d ,异位孕囊≤ 4cm ,β HCG滴度≤ 2 0 0 0MIU/ml者治愈率高 (P <0 .0 5 )。【结论】米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠疗效满意 ,无副作用。ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of mifepristone on thirty patients with ectopic pregnancy.Thirty women ,(25±3.8) years old , were diagnosed ectopic pregnancy, sixteen of them were during the first pregnancy. All of them took mifepristone 50 mg twice a day for three days. Before and after three days of taking mifepristone, serum β-HCG was monitored until β-HCG declined to the normal level when the ultrasound was repeated. The effects of mifepristone was evaluated on the fifteenth day after the final dose of mifepristone.Twenty seven patients were treated with success (90%) while three with failure(10%). Higher rate of success was obtained in those patitnts whose gestation≤50 days,ectopic gestation vesicle diameter≤4 cm,β-HCG≤2 000 MIU/ml.[Conclusion]Mifepristone is very effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy without side reaction.
