摘　　要：　建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定预混合饲料中维生素A乙酸酯含量的方法。色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇;检测波长326nm。维生素A乙酸酯浓度在0.05～100IU/mL范围内,峰面积与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999。2个不同浓度的添加回收率分别为93.6%和98.3%。A reverse phase HPLC method was developed for the determination of vitamin A acetate in premix feed with a C_(18) column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) and UV detector set at 326 nm, using methanol as mobile phase. A good linear regression in the range of 0.05～100 IU/mL of vitamin A acetate was showed with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The additive recoveries of vitamin A acetate in premix feed at different levels were 93.6% and 98.3% respectively.
