摘　　要：探矿权价值评估是一个世界性的难题。分析探矿权的价值内涵,从资产评估的基本原理对现有的探矿权价值评估方法进行研究,并对其实际运用进行了探讨,指出矿业权评估是评估技术与艺术的结合,必须注意充分考虑实际探矿权的具体情况,选用合理的评估方法,才能有效揭示探矿权真实价值。The evaluation on the rights of prospecting is a world-wide problem. From the basic principles of assets evaluation, the existing evaluation methods to the value of prospecting rights and its connotation are analyzed. After a probe into the practical use of prospecting rights, a conclusion that the evaluation of mining rights is a combination of evaluating techniques and arts is drawn. The specific conditions of actual prospecting rights should be taken full consideration and reasonable evaluating methods should be considered carefully can one reveal the real value of prospecting rights effectively.
