摘　　要：　"依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家"已成为中国政府和民众的共识。中国应当建立什么样的法治?或者说,法治的最终意义是什么?如何克服依法治国进程中出现的种种问题?西方价值法学的发展脉络及其对西方法治社会形成的影响应当成为中国法治建设的一面镜子。Both the government and the public of China have realised that are should govern the country according to law and build a society of law.But how to the society of law and how to solve the problems in the course of governing the country according to law,we should take the society of law in the west as an example.
