摘  要:利用单辊法制备了 Fe74 Al4Sn2M2P10 Si4B4 ( M 为 Nb、Mo、V)、Fe74 Al4Sn2Mo2P8Si4B4C2 和 Fe75Al4Sn2Mo2Nd1P8Si4B4 非晶合金薄带,并测试了该非晶合金系的差示扫描量热曲线和动、静态软磁性能。结果表明,Fe74Al4Sn2Nb2P10Si4B4 非晶合金具有相对较宽的超冷液相区,其ΔTx=51. 41 K;而 Fe74 Al4Sn2Mo2P10 Si4B4非晶合金具有较好的软磁性能,其最大磁导率μm=53 5×104,μe(1 kHz) =7 02×104,损耗 P1 1 T/50 Hz=0 096 W/kg;Fe74Al4Sn2Mo2P8Si4B4C2 非晶合金具有宽的超冷液相区和良好的软磁性能,其超冷液相区的宽度ΔTx =48. 81 K,μm=23 .3×104,P1 1 T/50 Hz=0 .153 W/kg;Fe75Al4Sn2Mo2Nd1P8Si4B4 非晶合金具有很宽的超冷液相区,其ΔTx=60. 06 K。Amorphous ribbons of Fe_(74)Al_4Sn_2M_2P_(10)Si_4B_4 (M=Nb, Mo, V), Fe_(74)Al_4Sn_2Mo_2P_8Si_4B_4C_2 and Fe_(75)Al_4Sn_2Mo_2Nd_1P_8Si_4B_4 alloys have been prepared by melt-spun method. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of the amorphous ribbons have been examined and the magnetic properties of the annealed amorphous cores have also been measured. The experiment results showed that the amorphous alloy of Fe_(74)Al_4Sn_2Nb_2P_(10)Si_4B_4 has relatively wide supercooled liquid region of 51.41 K, while Fe_(74)Al_4Sn_2Mo_2P_(10)Si_4B_4 alloy has good magnetic properties: μ_m=53.5×10~4, μ_(e(1 kHz))=7.02×10~4, P_(1.1 T/50 Hz)=0.096 W/kg. Amorphous alloy of Fe_(74)Al_4Sn_2Mo_2P_8Si_4B_4C_2 has a wide supercooled liquid region and good magnetic properties: ΔT_x=48.81 K, μ_m=23.3×10~4, P_(1.1 T/50 Hz)=0.153 W/kg. Fe_(75)Al_4Sn_2Mo_2Nd_1P_8Si_4B_4 amorphous alloy has a very wide supercooled liquid region of 60.06K.
