摘　　要：从病死鸡雏的肝、心血等器官内分离到1株细菌,经过培养特性检查、API 20E生化鉴定以及时鸡雏 的致病力试验,确定所分离的菌株为致病性绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。A bacterial strain was isolated from liver, heart blood and other organs of the dead chicken. The isolate was proved to be Bacillus pyocyaneus by bacterial culture test, biochemical identification and pathogenicity to chicken.
