摘 要:采用水热合成法制得中孔分子筛Zr MCM 41 ,用磷酸处理制备了中孔分子筛PO3-4 /Zr MCM 41。采用小角X射线衍射 (XRD) ,红外 (FT IR)及BET对其结构进行了表征。结果表明 ,PO3-4 /Zr MCM 41中孔分子筛具有一定的长程有序性。将其用于催化α 蒎烯水合反应 ,详细考察了催化剂的用量、反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响 ,得到了较佳的反应条件 :催化剂 1 5g ,α 蒎烯 0 1 5mol,n(α 蒎烯 )∶n(氯乙酸 )∶n(水 ) =1∶1∶3,反应温度 60℃ ,反应时间 8~ 1 0h。该反应条件下 ,α 蒎烯的转化率大于 99% ,催化剂对α 松油醇的选择性为 46 7%。研究中还考察了催化剂的重复使用情况。A mesoporous sieve PO 3- 4 /Zr-MCM-41 was prepared. Its structure was characterized by XRD, FT-IR and BET. The results showed that the obtained PO 3- 4 /Zr-MCM-41 was of better long-range order and crystallinity. α-Pinene hydration was studied by using PO 3- 4 /Zr-MCM-41 as catalyst. The influences of reaction conditions such as amount of catalyst, reactants ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time were examined in detail. The obtained optimum conditions were catalyst 1.5 g, α-pinene 0.15 mol, n(α-pinene)∶n(chloroacetic acid)∶n(water)=1∶1∶3, reaction temperature 60 ℃ and reaction time 8~10 h. Under above conditions, conversion of α-pinene was more than 99% and selectivity to α-terpineol was 46.7%. The reuse of the catalyst was examined also.
