摘　　要：首次建立了同时检测染发剂中邻位、间位、对位苯二胺的气相色谱 -质谱方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取 ,离心除去不溶杂质 ,然后采用气相色谱分离 ,质量选择性检测器分析苯二胺的 3种异构体 ,以质谱全扫描方式的数据进行定性 ,选择离子监测的数据进行外标法定量。 3种苯二胺的异构体在 0 .5 μg/mL -2 5 .0 μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9995 -0 .9999。平均加标回收率在 86.9%～ 1 0 7.1 %之间 ,相对标准偏差为 4.2 3 %～ 8.1 3 %。该方法灵敏度高 ,适合染发剂中A gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection(GC,MS)method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of(o,m,p-)phenylenediamines in hair dyes.(o,m,p-) Phenylenediamines were extracted with ethyl acetate.After the extract was cleaned up by centrifugating,(o,m,p-)phenylenediamines were analyzed by GC-MS.The completely separated peaks were identified by MS with aquadrupole mass filter and quantified in selected ion monitoring mode by external standard method.The linear range was 0.5μg/mL～25.0μg/mL,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9995-0.9999.The average recoveries of (o,m,p-)phenylenediamines ranged from 86.9% to 107.1%,and the relative standard deviations were between 4.23%～8.13%.The method presented the advantages of high precision,high sensitivity.The results demonstrated that this method is suitable for the identification and quantitation of these phenylenediamines in hair dyes.
