中药癌痛汤和经穴康复仪治疗肿瘤骨转移性疼痛286例  

To treat 286 cases of osteoma metastatic pain by using Chinese Traditional Medicine Aitong Tang and acupoint rehabilitation instrument

摘　　要：采用黄芪、莪术、蝮蛇粉等中药内服,配合经穴康复仪将低频脉冲信号输入经穴的方法,治疗各类晚期癌痛病人286例。其中,中度癌痛104例,重度癌痛182例。治疗后,分别在17分钟和29分钟,疼痛得到完全缓解和基本缓解。总有效率为74.2%。无效74例,占25.8%。疼痛缓解时间,最长的5.2小时,最短的2.7小时,平均疼痛缓解时间为3.6小时。治疗后止痛剂、安眠药等的使用明显减少;骨髓干细胞测定,提示癌痛汤有增强和保护骨髓干细胞的作用。淋巴细胞转化率测定,治疗前为45～76%,治疗后为57～96%,治疗后较治疗前平均增加15.16%,经统计学处理,差异非常显著,P<0.001。结果表明,年龄、性别、癌痛类型对癌痛汤的镇痛效果无明显影响,但对子宫癌所致的癌痛效果稍差。主要副作用有嗜睡、舌麻,停药后即消失。By using Astraqalus membranceus, Curcuma, Pallas pit viper powder etc, the herbal medicine to be take orally, mean-while using acupoint rehabilitation instrument, the low—frequency pulse signal was imported into the acupoints, to observe the efficacy of treatment for 286 cases of various stage of cancer pain. Among them, there were 104 cases with moderate pain and 182 cases with severe pain. After trcating, the pain was completely remitted or fundamentally remitted in 17 to 19 minutes. The total effect rate was 74.2%, and 74 cases of invalid patients was 25.8% of all patients. Pain re mitted time,the longest was 5. 2 hours,and the shortest was 2. 7 hours,in average of 3. 6 hours. To compare the dosage of used drugs,before and after treating,the dosage of soporifics and analgetics, were markedly reduced after treating. Ao cording to the results of determination of myelostem cells,the decoction for cancer pain(Aitong Tang)has the efficacy to reinforce and protect the myelostem cel and can elevate the lymphocyte transformation rate. The main side effects were lethargy and tongue numbness. It would disappear at once after withdrawal.
