摘　　要：目的 :了解本地区新生儿疾病谱及临床特点 .方法 :对近五年住院新生儿进行临床表现、疾病诊断及死因分析 .结果 :本地区新生儿仍以呼吸系统疾病 (包括窒息 )、新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病、硬肿症及感染性疾病为主 ,日龄越小 ,体重越低 ,则发病率越高 ,病死率越高 .结论 :建立本地区NICU,重视新生儿期保暖、呼吸管理及生后保健 ,对新生儿疾病防治至关重要 .Objective:To investigate the range of neonatal diseases and features in our district.Methods:Inpatient neonates of the last five years were studied by the clinical features,diagnosis and causes of death.Results:The main diseases in our district were the respivatory system diseases(involving asphysix),rypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),sclerema neonatorum and infectious diseases. More infectious diseases occurred in the last stage neonates,non-infectious in the early stage neonates.The lower age and weight the neonate was,the higher rate of the risk and death.Conclusion:Setting up neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)in our distyict,intensifying to keep warm,managing breath and preserving were vital for prevention and treatment of neunatal diseases.
