摘　　要：介绍了近年来气瓶水压试验装置发展的状况 .设计了以上位计算机控制为核心 ,下位可编程控制器 (PLC)控制为辅的外测法气瓶水压试验装置 ,利用VISIUALBASIC6.0在WindowsXP平台上开发了一套面向对象的可视化数据采集软件 ,实现了对压力信号 ,水量信号的采集、显示和处理 ,以及水压试验报告的生成、修改与输出。The situation of development of hydrostatic test unit for gas bottle irr recent years was introduced. Water Jacket Method used in hydrostatic test for gas bottle was also presented, which uses the upstream computer as the key control and uses the downstream computer as the auxiliary control. By using VB 6. 0, a visual object oriented software, operating in Windows XP, for data collection was developed. Thus, the collection of the signals representing pressure and water flow, information display and treatment and the report output were realized.
