摘 要:为了提高微细电火花线切割(WEDM)效率和表面质量,应用并联谐振电路原理,研究出新型的并联谐振型微细WEDM脉冲电源.该脉冲电源利用其辅助电路中谐振电感和谐振电容的高频振荡,在MOSFET管的两端获得零电压或零电流的开通关断条件,降低了开关器件的开关损耗,提高了开关频率,并且可以获得很窄脉冲宽度和很小的单个脉冲放电能量.与传统的脉冲电源相比,此脉冲电源提高了微细WEDM速度和表面质量,并且能切割出高质量的齿顶圆直径为0.3mm的微小齿轮.实验结果表明,这种高质的脉冲电源为改善微细WEDM整体性能、拓展加工领域提供了技术保证.In order to improve the machining efficiency and surface quality of micro wire electrical discharge machining (Micro WEDM), this paper developed a new Micro WEDM pulse generator by applying the principle of parallel resonance. This pulse generator obtains zero voltage or zero current switch condition at the two ends of MOSFET transistor by utilizing its auxiliary circuit's high frequency resonance caused by inductance and capacitance, which can decrease the consumption of switch device, increase frequency of switch, and achieve very narrow pulse on-time and small energy of single pulse. Compared with traditional pulse generators, this pulse generator enhances the machining efficiency and surface quality of Micro WEDM. It can machine high quality micro gear with diameter of addendum 0.3 mm easily. The experiments show that the parallel resonance type Micro WEDM pulse generator can improve overall process performances, and provide technology guarantee for expanding machining field.
