经纤支镜泛影葡胺选择性支气管造影在肺部病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：24例肺部疾病患者经纤支镜直视下注入60%泛影葡胺作选择性支气管造影,其中22例均发现明确病变,认为经纤支镜选择性支气管造影选用泛影葡胺为造影剂,具有安全、有效、无副作用,诊断阳性率高的优点。Selective bronchogrphy performed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy with urografin was applied to patients with various pnoumopathies. Diffintitive pathologic changes were demonstrated in 22 cases. It is considered that fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with bronchogrphy will go far in clinching the diagnosis. Both procedures have many advantages, such as simple in manipulation, low adverse reaction, good visualization of image and high diagnostic rate etc, and merit attention in further clinical application.
