多功能超声心动图对178例先天性心脏病的诊断分析

摘　　要：经手术证实的178例先天性心脏病都经过2DE检查,诊断阳性率90.5%(161/178);其中85例经PDW检查,阳性率为94.2%(80/85);178例中有31例用CDFI检查,阳性率为96.8%(30/31)。2DE、PDW和CDFI的漏诊或部分漏诊率分别为9.5%、5.8%和3.2%。To improve the diagnostic quality in Congenital heart diseases, 178 operated cases are reviewed. All of them were diagnosed by Ultrasound Doppler techiques, including 2DE, PDW and CDFI. Of the 178 cases, 161 diagnosed by 2DE, the positive traction was 90.5% (161/178);85 diagnosed by PDW, the accuracy of diagnosis was 94.2% (80/85);31 diagnosed by CDFE,the accuracy was 96.8% (30/31). The false negative and/or positive fractions, were 9.50% (2DE), 5.8% (PDW)and 3.2% (CDFI) respectively.
