摘　　要：对浸渗技术在大功率机车柴油机铸铁件上的应用进行了探索,在浸渗剂的选用、浸渗工艺的制定及提高浸渗有效性的方法上做了大量试验工作,并通过装车验证,取得了较显著的经济效益。The application of impregnation technology to iron castings of high power locomotive engines was discussed.A lot of experimental works was carried out about how to choose the impregnation agent, determine impregnation process instruction and increase the impregnation effect. The running tests based on above works have been proved out, and as a result, a marked economic benefit was achieved.
