摘  要:目的解决大型DAT-IAT工艺的污水处理厂低温条件下的污泥培养驯化和启动调试.方法在反应器水温11~13℃的低温不利条件下,采用连续流方法成功地进行了活性污泥培养驯化和启动调试.结果培养驯化周期30d左右,活性污泥絮体基本形成.水中污染物去除率分别为BOD577 6%~95 2%;CODCr29 5%~86 3%;SS64 7%~91 5%;NH3-N90%;TP64 7%~67 6%.各项出水水质和能耗等指标达到或优于设计目标.结论采用连续流方法可在低温条件下完成DAT-IAT污水处理工艺活性的污泥培养驯化.The Fushun wastewater treatment plant is the biggest in this country that has been running with DAT-IAT type of SBR process. During the activated sludge culture and start running, the low air temperature, low wastewater temperature, raw wastewater with low nutrition, sludge floating and equipment failure, etc. are treated well. The activated sludge culture and start running are successful in condition of the lowest air temperature bellow 4°C and the average 6.5°C, the wastewater temperature 11-13°C in the reactor. After culturing 30 dates, the activated sludge flocculus has formed. BOD5 is 5.4 mg/L-12.8 mg/L with treatment rate 77.6%-95.2% ; CODCr is 39.0 mg/L-94.5 mg/L with treatment rate 29.5%-86.3%; SS is 9 mg/L-19 mg/L with treatment rate 64.7%-91.5%; NH3-N is 2.5 mg/L-3.3 mg/L with treatment rate 90.0%, and TP is 1.1 mg/L-1.2 mg/L with treatment rate 64.7%-67.6% in treated water. The targets of treated water and energy consume are up to the design goal.
