摘　　要：目的　探讨指动脉岛状皮瓣二期移植治疗手指软组织缺损的疗效。方法　对 11例顽固性指动脉痉挛 ,4例创面明显感染 ,3例创面条件不佳的手指软组织缺损患者 ,采用二期指动脉岛状皮瓣移植修复。结果　 18例皮瓣全部成活 ,手指外形满意 ,功能良好。结论　对合并有顽固性指动脉痉挛及创面条件不佳的手指软组织缺损患者 ,采用二期指动脉岛状皮瓣移植修复 。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of finger artery island flap at two stage for repairs of the skin and soft tissue defects of the finger.Methods Among the 18 fingers,persist finger artery spasm in 11 fingers,obvious wound infection in 4 fingers,conditions of wound area were not satisfactory in 3 fingers.The skin and soft tissue defects of 18 fingers were repaired with finger artery island flap at two stage.Results All of the flaps survived after the operation.18 fingers have excellent appearance and the function.Conclusion The finger artery island flap in repairs of skin and soft tissue defects of the finger at two stage was effective to the persist finger artery spasm and the poor wound.
