摘  要:目的 探讨应用动力髁螺钉 (Dynamic Condylar Screw,DCS)治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的价值和作用。方法 对 18例股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者行切开复位 DCS内固定。骨折按 AO/ ASIF分型 ,A3型 7例 ,C2型 5例 ,C3型 6例。结果  18例随访 6~ 34个月 ,平均 18.5个月 ,所有病例骨折均愈合 ,无 1例发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症。术后膝关节功能按 Kolm ent疗效评定标准评定 ,优 9例 ,良 6例 ,可 2例 ,差 1例 ,优良率为 83.3%。结论  DCS操作简单 ,可提供有效的稳定性 。Objective To discuss the application of Dynamic Condylar Plates(DCS) in serious pulverious fracture of distal femur.Methods 18 cases of serious pulverious fracture of distal femur were treated with Dynamic Condylar Plates(DCS) fixation.By AO/ASIF classification,there were type A3 in 7 cases,type C2 in 5 cases,type C3 in 6 cases.Results 18 cases were followed-up 6~34 months(average 18.5 months).Complete union were observed in all cases with no obvious complications of hardware fixation.There were no loosening of the plates and screws.The outcome of knee function was evaluated with Kolment rating system,9 cases were graded as excellent,6 cases as good,2 cases as fair,1 case as poor,as a result,the knee joint function was excellent to good in 83.3%.Conclusion Dynamic Condylar Plates(DCS) can provide reliable stability for the fixation segments.It is an efficacious method for the treatment of serious pulverious fracture of distal femur.
