摘　　要：目的　探讨腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的诊断和治疗。方法　分析手术后腰椎间隙感染 14例的临床资料及特点 ,非手术治疗 10例 ,手术治疗 4例。结果　随访 6～ 36个月 ,13例恢复正常生活 ,1例遗有腰痛和腰椎活动受限。结论　依靠临床体征结合 ESR,CRP以及 MRI检查可建立早期诊断。多数患者经保守治疗可以治愈 ,保守治疗 2～ 3周无效 ,炎症扩散出现相应临床症状者 。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of the intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation.Methods 14 cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation were analyzed.10 cases were treated with antibiotic combined with bed rest.4 cases underwent surgical treatment.Results In following up for 6～36 months.13 cases restored to normal,Only one case remained pain in lumbar and mobile limitation.Conclusion According to the clinical symptoms,the accelerate ESR,CRP and MRI,We can get the diagnose in early stage.Most of the patients can be cured with conservative treatment.Surgical decompression is indicated in case of spread of the infection and compression of the sepinal cord and nerve roots after no effects of 2～3 weeks conservative treatment.
