摘  要:[目的 ]探讨亲代大鼠长期食用含促生长剂食物对子代青春期发育的影响。 [方法 ] 2 0 0 2~ 2 0 0 3年选用大鼠一代动物实验 (从亲代开始给予促生长剂 ,观察仔代的变化 ) ,观察促生长剂对子代大鼠青春期发育的影响及激素水平。[结果 ]子代大鼠的体重低剂量组高于对照组 ,高剂量组低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;子代雌鼠青春期子宫 /体重、卵巢 /体重明显增加 ,这种作用在低剂量组更为显著 ;子代雄鼠青春期睾丸、附睾的脏体比高剂量组低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;子代雌鼠子宫过氧化物酶活性的变化趋势与子宫 /体重呈现出正相关关系 (r =0 815 ,P <0 0 1) ;5 3d的雌鼠血清FSH水平 ,高剂量组高于对照组 ,低剂量组低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;5 3d雄鼠PSH水平低、高剂量组均低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;外周血红细胞计数各组的差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]促生长剂可能有弱的雌激素活性 ,可以提前雌性大鼠的青春期生殖系统发育 ,生殖器官脏体比增高 ,促生长剂可能没有雄激素作用。ObjectiveTo investigate the potential effects of an imal feed additive which was used to promote growth on part of puberty developme nt of F1 generation rats.[Methods]In 2002-2003,one-generat ion experiment was selected (the maternal rat were fed died with feed-additiv e effect F1 generation rats)to observe various doses of feed- additive's effec ts on puberty development of F1 generation rats , detected rats serum harmone c oncentrations and so on.[Results]Rats body weight of lower do se group increased at the end of the experiment(P<0.05), but rats body weight of higher dose group decreased at the end of the experiment(P<0 .05);F1 generation female rats: uterus /body weight ratio and ovary/body we ight ratio increased remarkably and showed significant difference between the lo wer dose group and control group;F1 generation male rats: testis/body weight r atio and epididy/body weight ratio decreased remarkably and showed significant difference between the high dose group and control group;uterus peroxidase acti vity and uterus /body weight ratio were a positive correlation beween the two( r=0.815,P<0.01);53 d's F1generation female rats:serum FSH concen trations markedly increasedin high dose group than in control group(P<0.0 5);53 d's F1generation male rats:Serum FSH concentration also decreased in h igh dose group control group (P<0.05) by the end of the experiment;Red blood cell count results suggestel that feed-additive may not develop androgen -like action.[Conclusions]Animal feed-additive may probably play weak estrogenic activity,and may accelerate puberty reproductive system d evelopment of F1 generation female rats, reproductive organ /body weight ratio increase,feed-additive may not develop androgen-like action.
