摘　　要：介绍了海峡两岸聚氨酯树脂行业交流的情况 ,简要介绍了台湾地区聚氨酯树脂工业的发展情况以及台湾聚氨酯产业界近几年的技术进步。着重介绍了台湾聚氨酯革鞋树脂的环保化 ,特别介绍了水性聚氨酯的开发情况。The technical exchange activity in polyurethane resin industry between two banks of the channel of China is introduced. The developmental history and the technical progress of polyurethane industry in Taiwan are simply introduced. The developing situation of the environment-benign PU resin used for leathers and shoes, especially aqueous polyurethane, the infrared drying technology for water-based PU ink and the crosslinker with flame-retardant function for aqueous polyurethane system are referred.
