摘　　要：科技情报信息机构的发展 ,遵循一定的共性规律 ,本文通过分析云南省农科院情报所建所以来的发展情况 。The development of scientific and technological information organization follows a certain general law. Therefore, this paper discussed the reform of scientific and technological information organizations through analyzing the development of the Institute of Information Research, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences since its establishment.
